Our fee/courtage for our services is based on the amount of work versus time. The purchase/ selling rates are in between 1% and 1.6 ex. VAT, depending on service and price range. A fixed amount is also possible. When we combine a sell and search product we can offer you interesting discount rates. Please contact us for a price quotation.
For appraisal we charge a promillage of the value or a fixed amount. With a minimum of € 450, - euro excl. VAT. To add the obligatory consumer fee of € 38,- when NWWI is applicable. Short appraisals are at € 125,- excl. VAT.
Partial assignments
If you do not require a full service package. What can or want you to do yourself in the purchase or sale process? For example, You already found your dream home? But how to continue? Or perhaps you have time to the first viewings yourself? Your action will affect pricing. When consulting us at a later stage, you will only be billed for the work that remains.
