After the Hotel Management and tourism college, René worked for KLM. Hereafter as consultant and coordinator in the personnel/employment. My customer and service background is a plus to fulfill this challenging profession.
Entrepreneurship is 6 years ago emerged from my second passion: The design and operation of a chambre d'hote (B&B) in Burgundy, France. After this positive adventure, I started my own real-estate agency in Amsterdam. Where else? The most interesting city in architectural and metropolitan way. Actually I’am working 16 years in the business. Because of this, I build up a large network. In recent years I have gained experience in the various neighborhoods of Amsterdam. I mediated and valued many houses for a wide variety of clients. I am particularly specialized in residential housing.
My partner Paul van Dijk is an valuable assistant in real estate to our office. You will definitely get him on the phone.
René is a fully licensed broker and affiliated to the NVM, the MVA (Dutch and local Association of real-Estate Brokerage Amsterdam) and as appraiser in NWWI and Vastgoed-Cert.
